The Law for its conceptualization can be divided in two big groups: Objective and Subjective

El Derecho por su conceptualización se puede dividir en dos grandes grupos: Objetivo y Subjetivo

The objective right: it is divided in two groups: Public and Private.

El derecho objetivo es: Se divide en dos grupos: Público y Privado

The Public law: It is the one that refers to the organization of the public things, since it regulates the relations of the State with: other States, public organizations, The Individuals, and in turn the one that regulates the relations of the Individuals with the Society to whom he belongs(concerns) and the relations of the same

El Derecho Publico :  Es el que se refiere a la organización de las cosas publicas, ya que regula las relaciones del Estado con: los demás Estados, Organizaciones Publicas, Los Individuos, y a su vez el que regula las relaciones de los Individuos con la Sociedad a la que pertenece y las relaciones de la misma entre si

The public law can divide in several classifications based on relation with other sciences and for its objectivity. (criminal law, constitutional law, electoral law, administrative law, tax law,  agricultural, military law, etc. national public law)

The national public law: It  is the one that refers to the public organization of the things natives of a country.

El derecho público se puede dividir en varias clasificaciones basadas en su relación con otras ciencias y por su objetividad. (Derecho penal, derecho constitucional, derecho electoral, derecho administrativo, derecho fiscal, derecho tributario, derecho agrario, militar, etc. Derecho publico nacional)
El derecho público nacional: Es el que se refiere a la organización de las cosas publica nacionales de un país

The International Public law: It is the one that refers to the organization of the public national and international things and its relation with the State, with other states, and the society, of a certain country

El Derecho Publico Internacional:  Es el que se refiere a la organización de las cosas públicas nacionales y internacionales y su relación con el estado, con los demás estados, y la sociedad en si, de un país determinado

Private law: It is the one that refers or acts to the interest of the subjects between itself and it concerns the relations of the individual with his similarly to satisfy his personal needs

Derecho Privado :  Es el que se refiere o actúa al interés de los sujetos entre si y concierne a las relaciones del individuo con sus semejante para satisfacer sus necesidades personales

The private right can divide in several classifications based on its relation with other sciences and for its objectivity: Civil law, commercial, maritime, international, right of work, etc.

El derecho privado se puede dividir en varias clasificaciones basadas en su relación con otras ciencias y por su objetividad: Derecho civil, comercial, marítimo, internacional, derecho de trabajo, etc.

Private National law: It is the one that refers or acts to the interest of the subjects between themselves and it concerns the relations of the individual with his fellow man to satisfy his personal needs in a certain country

Derecho Privado Nacional :  Es el que se refiere o actúa al interés de los sujetos entre si y concierne a las relaciones del individuo con sus semejante para satisfacer sus necesidades personales en un país determinado

Private International law: It is the one that refers or acts to the interest of the subjects between themselves and it concerns the relations of the individual with his similarly to satisfy his personal needs of an international way

Derecho Privado Internacional: Es el que se refiere o actúa al interés de los sujetos entre si y concierne a las relaciones del individuo con sus semejante para satisfacer sus necesidades personales de manera internacional

Civil right: it is possible to define as the set of powers, benefits, privileges, advantages, immunities, freedoms, which us belong(concern) and of which we enjoy origin and essence

Derecho Subjetivo : Se puede definir como el conjunto de facultades, beneficios, privilegios, ventajas, inmunidades, libertades, que nos pertenecen y de las cuales disfrutamos de origen y de esencia

Civil right can divide in several groups dividing from different points of view: according to the conduct,  according to its dependence with another right,  according to the powers opposite to the public power or opposite to a particular subject, according to its economic value, according to that they relapse on a thing, person or intellectual activity, according to that they take a material thing as an object, according to the nature of the thing, according to its area of opposition(examination) and respect of its exercise, as depend or not of an event or condition, classes of right for its relation with other sciences and private rights related to other sciences

Derecho Subjetivo se puede dividir en varios grupos partiendo desde diferentes puntos de vista: según la conducta, según su dependencia con otro derecho, según las facultades frente al poder publico o frente a un sujeto particular, según su valor económico, según los que recaen sobre una cosa, persona o actividad intelectual, según los que tienen por objeto una cosa material, según la naturaleza de la cosa, según su ámbito de oposición y respeto de su ejercicio, según dependan o no de un suceso o condición, clases de derecho por su relación con otras ciencias y  derechos privados relacionados con otras ciencias

The civil right to the own(proper) conduct is when the right authorizes to the own(proper) conduct of doing

El derecho subjetivo a la conducta propia es cuando el derecho faculta a la conducta propia de hacer

The civil right to the foreign conduct is when the right authorizes the own(proper) conduct to demand something

El derecho subjetivo a la conducta ajena es  cuando el derecho faculta la conducta propia a exigir algo

Dependent civil right is the one that is based on another right or on a juridical duty of the holder

Derecho subjetivo dependiente es  el que se fundamenta en otro derecho o en un deber jurídico del titular

Independent civil right is the one that is based on a duty or on a right of the same subject

Derecho Subjetivo Independiente  es el que se fundamenta en un deber o en un derecho del mismo sujeto

Public civil right is the faculty(power) that possesses the individual or subject opposite to the public power, represented by the limitations that the condition of state imposes on itself

Derecho subjetivo Público Es la facultad que posee el particular o sujeto frente al poder publico, representado por las limitaciones que el estado se impone a si mismo

Private civil right is the set of juridical powers necessary opposite to the holder of a right in a state

Derecho subjetivo privado  es el conjunto de facultades jurídicas exigibles frente al titular de un derecho

Patrimonial law is the right that it can appreciate in money or value to coin

Derecho patrimonial es el derecho que puede apreciarse en dinero o valor moneda

Law extrapatrimonial is the right that is not capable to be estimated by means of the monetary value

Derecho extrapatrimonial  es  el derecho que no es susceptible a apreciarse por medio del valor monetario

Royal or real law is that one that we exercise of immediate form on a thing or right

Derecho real  es  aquel que ejercitamos de forma inmediata sobre una cosa o derecho

Royal(Real) principal law is the right that has its usefulness or utility by itself, allowing the titular person of this right, to exercise his power on a certain good

Derecho real principal es el derecho que tiene su utilidad en sí mismo, permitiendo a la persona  titular de este derecho, a ejercer su poder sobre un bien determinado

Real, incidental or secondary law: It is the right that has for object allow to his holder arrange of a thing, across a guarantee for the execution of a personal right or of credit

Derecho real accesorio o secundario: Es el derecho que tiene por objeto permitir a su titular disponer de una cosa, a través de una garantía para la ejecución de un derecho personal o de crédito

Personal law or of credit it is the right that grants his holder or to whom it possesses, the power to demand of another person a provision that can consist of giving, to make or not do a thing

Derecho personal o de crédito es el derecho que otorga a su titular o a quien lo posee, el poder de exigir de otra persona una prestación que puede consistir en dar, hacer o no hacer una cosa

Intellectual law is the right that it is required on an immaterial object, and very particularly on a work of the soul

Derecho intelectual  es el derecho que se exige sobre un objeto inmaterial, y muy particularmente sobre una obra del alma

Author's intellectual law is the moral right of the author on his work, which does not have a pecuniary or economic value

Derecho intelectual de autor  es el derecho moral del autor sobe su obra, el cual no tiene un valor pecuniario o económico

Intellectual law of exploitation is the right that the author has to exploit his work, to give right to exploit it and of not giving any right, as well as also of the right that has to demand that nobody takes advantage of the same one, in a lucrative way

Derecho intelectual de explotación  es el derecho que tiene el autor de explotar su obra, de dar derecho a explotarla y de no dar derecho alguno, así como también del derecho que tiene de exigir que nadie aproveche la misma, de manera lucrativa

Corporal law is the right that relapses on a material object

Derecho corporal  es el derecho que recae sobre un objeto material

Incorporeal law is the right that takes an immaterial thing as an object

Movable law is the right that relapses on the furniture

Derecho incorporal  es el derecho que tiene por objeto una cosa inmaterial
Derecho mobiliario  es el derecho que recae sobre los muebles

Real-estate law is the right that relapses on the real estate

Derecho inmobiliario  es el derecho que recae sobre los inmuebles

Absolute law is the right that can be opposite to the whole world without distinction, always and when it does not intervene with the public and social order

Derecho absoluto  es el derecho que puede ser opuesto a todo el mundo sin distinción, siempre y cuando no intervenga con el orden público y social

Relative law is the right that is based when the obligation corresponds or concerns only several subjects individually and only there affects certain persons, which it is not opposable to the whole world

Derecho relativo  es el derecho que se fundamenta cuando la obligación corresponde o importa solo a varios sujetos individualmente y solo afecta a determinadas personas, el cual no es oponible a todo el mundo

Pure and simple law is that one that relapses on juridical acts which fulfillment do not depend on any event, any condition, and does not present any complication

Derecho puro y simple  es aquel que recae sobre actos jurídicos cuyo cumplimiento no dependen de ningún suceso, condición alguna, y no presenta ninguna complicación

Affected law of modality is that one that is accompanied of modality, or of peculiarities, as well as also to any variant from which it can suffer or can present or to behave the right

Derecho afectado de modalidad  es aquel que esta acompañado de modalidad, o sea de peculiaridades, así como también a toda variante de la cual puede sufrir o pueden presentarse o comportarse el derecho

Eventual law is that one that arises from an act that has already some elements, but the one that lacks the essential one in order that it constitutes the pure and simple one

Derecho eventual es aquel que surge de un acto que tiene ya algunos elementos, pero al que le falta uno esencial para que constituya uno puro y simple

Mixed duty is that one that takes part simultaneously of the characters of the Personal Law, difficult result distinguish with preference one from other one

Derecho mixto es aquel que participa a la vez de los caracteres del Derecho Personal, resultado difícil distinguirlo con preferencia el uno del otro

Public laws related to other sciences (Constitutional law, legislative politics, juridical technology, electoral right, etc.)

Derechos públicos relacionados con otras ciencias (Derecho político, política legislativa, técnica jurídica, derecho electoral, etc.)

Constitutional law is the right related to the politics and to its more direct branches. It is known as " Juridical politics "

Derecho político es el derecho relacionado a la política y a sus ramas más directas. Se conoce como "Política jurídica”

Legislative politics is the one that teaches to the legislation its ends or purposes and that marks its basic intentions

Política legislativa es la que enseña a la legislación sus fines y que marca sus propósitos básicos

Juridical technology is the one that implies the due production or elaboration of the juridical rules

Técnica jurídica es la que implica la elaboración debida de las reglas jurídicas

Electoral law is the right that governs the electoral laws  of the state for with the citizen and vice versa, and simultaneously it regulates the electoral structure of the State and the citizenship.

Derecho electoral  es el derecho que rige las leyes electorales del estado para con el ciudadano y viceversa, y a la vez reglamenta la estructura electoral del estado y la ciudadanía.

Constitutional law is the one that fixes the basic rules of the organization and constitution of the State

Derecho constitucional es el que fija las reglas básicas de la organización y constitución del Estado

Criminal law is the one that, to achieve that reigns the order, makes concrete the corporal and pecuniary, or economic sanctions, with which the state can punish those who infringe such a order

Derecho penal  es el que, para lograr que reine el orden, concreta las sanciones corporales y pecuniarias, o sea económicas, con que el estado puede castigar a los que infringen tal orden

Administrative law is the one that regulates the structure of the administration and its relations with the individuals

Derecho administrativo  es el que reglamenta la estructura de la administración y sus relaciones con los particulares

Tax law is the one that determines the rules according to which the state and the administration can try the resources that  are necessary and how they can use them

Derecho fiscal  es el que determina las reglas según las cuales el estado y la administración pueden procurarse los recursos que les son necesarios y como pueden emplearlos

Tax law is the right that determines the rules according to which the state and the public administration regulate the tributary (tax) collection of the citizen or of the private companies. It is the Law that creates the " Tributary (Tax) Code "

Derecho tributario es el derecho que determina las reglas según las cuales el estado y la administración pública regulan la recaudación tributaria del ciudadano o de las empresas privadas. Es el Derecho que crea el "Código Tributario"

Agricultural law is the one that determines the rules relating to the legality of the lands and its theoretical, practical frame.

Derecho agrario es el que determina las reglas referentes a la legalidad de las tierras y su marco teórico practico

Military law is the one that governs the relations between the military state and the civil society, as well as it sits the rules and military codes, coordinating its state and world legality, establishing military agreements, international military rules. The military courts are identified by the martial courts

Derecho Militar es  el que rige las relaciones entre el estado militar y la sociedad civil, así como sienta las reglas y códigos militares, coordinando su legalidad estatal y mundial, estableciendo tratados militares, reglas internacionales militares. Los tribunales militares están identificados por las cortes marciales

Labour law is the one that governs the relations between employers and workers

Derecho laboral  es el que rige las relaciones entre patronos y trabajadores

Judicial law is the one that makes concrete the rules that have to follow to make to cost on the courts, by means of judicial actions

Derecho judicial  es el que concreta las reglas que han de seguirse para hacer valer ante los tribunales, mediante acciones judiciales

Social and municipal law is the one that makes concrete the laws, codes, regulations that protect the municipalities, cities, states, and provinces in benefit of the society and the subjects that integrate it, in balance with the government role

Derecho social y municipal es el que concreta las leyes, códigos, reglamentos que amparan los municipios, ciudades, estados, y provincias en beneficio de la sociedad y los sujetos que la integran, en balance con el papel del estado

Law and the medical science: The Medicine has as aim give the due value and generic significance(meaning) to certain facts of the man, which contribute to the illustration of the juridical entities in the application of the law and the judicial administration

Derecho y la ciencia médica:  La medicina tiene como objetivo dar el debido valor y significación genérica a ciertos hechos del hombre, los cuales contribuyen a la ilustración de los entes jurídicos en la aplicación de la ley y la administración judicial

Forensic pathology is a part of the investigation(research) medicates that  takes charge investigating the reasons of the death of the persons and which are the elements of test(proof) to build a conviction

Patología Forense es parte de la investigación medica que se encarga de investigar las causas de la muerte de las personas y cuales son los elementos de prueba para edificar una convicción

Legal medicine is the sum of medical knowledge that are used to solve questions understood (included) in the civil jurisdiction

Medicina legal es la suma de conocimientos médicos que son utilizados para resolver cuestiones comprendidas en la jurisdicción civil

Environmental law: It governs and makes concrete the laws that have to follow in matter environmental and the care and conservation of the environment. In our country (Mexico) as in others worldwide, codes and laws exist already  and environmental laws

Derecho medio ambiental: Es el rige y concreta las leyes que han de seguirse en materia medio ambiental y el cuidado y conservación del medio ambiente. En nuestro país (México) como en otros a nivel mundial, existen ya códigos y leyes medio ambientales

Human rights are called human because they belong to the man, to the human person, of each of us

Derechos humanos  son llamados humanos porque son del hombre, de la persona humana, de cada uno de nosotros

Canon law is the one that regulates the canonical and ecclesiastic laws

Derecho canónico  es el que regula las leyes canónicas y eclesiásticas

Economic law is the one that regulates and creates regulations on the actions planned on the economic order (property, successions, mortgages, economic laws, antimonopoly laws, laws of production, monetary laws)

Scientific and technological law is the one that regulates the scientific and technological development, its use, limits and parameters in the civil, military and State area.

Derecho científico y tecnológico,  es el que regula el desarrollo científico y tecnológico, su uso, sus límites y parámetros en el ámbito civil, militar y Estatal.

Financial law determines and studies the rules of the financial and bank sector of a certain society

Derecho financiero es aquel que determina y estudia las reglas del sector financiero y bancario de una sociedad determinada

Linguistic law is the one that regulates and creates the laws and linguistic international bylaws

Derecho lingüístico  es el que regula y crea las leyes y estatutos lingüísticos internacionales

Industrial law is the one that regulates and creates the laws that govern the rights of the inventors and discoverers on the creations, inventions or discoveries related to the industry

Derecho industrial es el que regula y crea las leyes rigen los derechos de los inventores y descubridores sobre las creaciones, inventos o descubrimientos, relacionados con la industria

The Law can be divided of a way generalized as national and international right and on the other hand like public and private

El Derecho se puede dividir de una manera generalizada como derecho nacional e internacional y por otro lado como público y privado
