Resumo
O objetivo de nosso trabalho foi descrever os cartões postais do município de Parnaíba e realizar uma breve análise da comunicação turística dessa mídia.  A área em foco localiza-se na região Norte do Estado do Piauí, em uma faixa litorânea que possui vocação turística. Diante disso, levantamos todos os cartões postais existentes que continham imagens fotográficas da cidade e assim, passamos a mapear essas imagens mais fotografadas, como também diagnosticamos os atrativos turísticos que estavam sendo representados nessas mídias selecionadas. Sabemos que os cartões postais são colecionáveis e que após a internet a função de comunicação do cartão postal diminuiu. Foi interessante perceber que algumas paisagens se repetem e outras tantas não, buscamos revelar tais motivos e interesses.

POST MOSAIC: TOURISTIC POSTCARDS PARNAÍBA/PIAUÍ

Abstract
The objective of our study was to describe the postcards of the Parnaíba municipality and carry a brief analysis of this touristic communication media. This municipality  is located  at the northern region of the state of  Piauí, in a coastal region that has touristic potential. Therefore, we raise all the postcards that contained images of the city and so we began to map those most photographed images, but also diagnose the tourist attractions that were being represented in these media selected. We know that the postcards are collectible and after that internet communication function of the postcard decreased. It was interesting to see that some landscapes are repeated and many others do not, we seek to disclose such interests and motives.
