INTERVENCIÓN EDUCATIVA PARA PREVENIR LA H.T.A EN ADOLESCENTES DEL HOSPITAL PEDIÁTRICO DOCENTE “OCTAVIO DE LA CONCEPCIÓN DE LA PEDRAJA”

RESUMEN
Se realizó un estudio cuasi experimental de tipo de intervención educativa con pre-test y pos-test en adolescentes de 11-19 años para modificar conocimientos sobre la Hipertensión Arterial (HTA) en el Hospital Pediátrico Docente “Octavio de la Concepción de la Pedraja” de Holguín durante el período comprendido de mayo 2021 a abril 2022. El universo de estudio estuvo constituido por todos los adolescentes que asisten al servicio de cuerpo de guardia de la institución médica, mientras la muestra la conformaron 187 pacientes con riesgo de padecer HTA seleccionados por aleatoriedad simple, que cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión establecidos para el estudio. Como método de partida se utilizó la encuesta para elevar el nivel de conocimientos de los adolescentes de los riesgos de padecer la HTA en dos momentos: antes y después de la intervención educativa, a fin de lograr los estados comparativos de conocimiento adquirido por la muestra. Prevalecieron los pacientes en el estudio varones blancos entre 14-16 años. El nivel de conocimientos en general antes de la intervención fue bajo, sobre todo en el factor hereditario y las complicaciones. El programa de intervención fue efectivo y se elevó no solo el nivel de conocimientos sino una conducta preventiva en relación con la HTA en la adolescencia. Se recomienda el desarrollo de acciones de intervención, diagnóstico y sistematización de datos relacionados con la HTA en la adolescencia en otras salas y servicios del Hospital.

Abstract
They was carried out a quasi-experimental study of type of educational intervention with pre-test and search-test in 11-19 year-old adolescents to modify knowledge on the Arterial Hypertension (HTA) in the Educational Pediatric Hospital "Octavio of the Concepción of the Pedraja" of Holguín during the understood period of May 2021 to April 2022. The study universe was constituted by all the adolescents that attend the service of guards of the medical institution body, while the sample conformed it 187 patients to risk of suffering HTA selected by simple randomness that you/they fulfilled the established inclusion approaches for the study. As departure method, the survey was used to elevate the level of the adolescents' of the risks knowledge of suffering the HTA in two moments: before and after the educational intervention, in order to achieve the comparative states of knowledge acquired by the sample. The patients prevailed in the study white males among 14-16 years. The level of knowledge in general before the intervention was low, mainly in the hereditary factor and the complications. The intervention program was effective and he/she not rose alone the level of knowledge but a preventive behavior in connection with the HTA in the adolescence. The development of intervention actions is recommended, diagnostic and systematizing of data related with the HTA in the adolescence in other rooms and services of the Hospital.
