Este Sexto congreso ONLINE sobre Transformación e Innovación en las Organizaciones, fue debatido en 8 foros donde se discutieron todas las ponencias presentadas, se enviaron más de 370 opiniones, hubo un total de 60 participantes y 43 ponencias.
Dice la máxima de Heráclito "Todo cambia, cambian las cosas y cambiamos nosotros." Si esto es aplicable a las personas, en efectos las organizaciones también se ven afectadas por el cambio, ya que la gente es la que las integra. Por lo tanto, las organizaciones hoy en día están obligadas a innovar o desaparecer. La innovación es fuente de competitividad, aquellas organizaciones que no respondan con la velocidad necesaria a las transformaciones de su entorno están condenadas al fracaso.
Esto aplica tanto a las organizaciones ya consolidadas, como a los emprendedores, a la gran empresa como a las MiPyMes, a las organizaciones locales como trasnacionales, a los organismos del sector público, privado y a las ONG´s; sus efectos y consecuencias son aplicables universalmente.
El Cambio, la innovación y la transformación permean a todas las organizaciones y tienen efectos en su cultura organizacional, las competencias profesionales de los individuos, el desarrollo local, la competitividad y el emprendimiento.
Por tanto el objetivo de este foro será discutir como las organizaciones han hecho frente a estos fenómenos, para en conjunto, aprender sobre las experiencias de éxito y fracaso que organizaciones de cualquier tipo han tenido en esta materia.
