RESUMEN
La economía cubana ha atravesado por diferentes coyunturas a lo largo del periodo revolucionario, marcadas todas por un factor común, y causa principal de las dificultades que han existido: el férreo bloqueo impuesto al país por el Gobierno de los Estados Unidos de América.
Otros factores también han estado presentes, no se puede negar lo evidente. Es necesario buscar eficiencia y alejarse de trabas burocráticas. Ordenar, en el sentido amplio de su expresión actual, no es simplemente colocar de acuerdo con un plan o de modo conveniente algo que se haya desordenado, es algo más que acomodar la estructura de las finanzas internas y dar al CUP el lugar que le corresponde, es a partir de eso, el ordenamiento de la economía nacional en correspondencia con las leyes y categorías propias de la fase socialista que se construye y su repercusión en la súper estructura social. Esas razones conducen a analizar, más allá de la eliminación del CUC, las transformaciones que dicho ordenamiento monetario traerá para la economía nacional y su repercusión social.

ABSTRACT
The Cuban economy has crossed for different joints along the revolutionary, marked period all for a common factor, and main cause of the difficulties that you/they have existed: the strong blockade tax to the country for the Government from the United States of America.
Other factors have also been present, it cannot refuse the evident thing. It is necessary to look for efficiency and to move away from bureaucratic obstacles. To order, in the wide sense of their current expression, it is not simply to place of agreement with a plan or in a convenient way something that has been disordered, is something more than to accommodate the structure of the internal finances and to give the CUP the place that corresponds him, is starting from that, the classification of the national economy in correspondence with the laws and categories characteristic of the socialist phase that it is built and its repercussion in the social superstructures. Those reasons lead to analyze, beyond the elimination of the CUC, the transformations that said monetary classification will bring for the national economy and its social repercussion.
