HUMAN TALENT MANAGEMENT: ORGANIZATIONAL INTELLIGENCE MODEL BASED ON SOCIO-TRAINING AND THE NORTH AND PÖSCHL MATRIX

ABSTRACT

The present investigation tries to contribute in addressing the lack of inputs in the implementation of organizational intelligence (IO), which, like several authors, observes this problem. The main objective of this work is to design an organizational intelligence model from the integration of the socioformation and the organizational intelligence matrix of North and Pöschl. The aforementioned authors present a matrix to measure the IO but they do not present a model or a method and their own inputs to intervene based on the findings. Socioformation is a competency-based approach to human talent management and through it the exposed need could be met. This work was developed using a mixed-source design, it is transectional, it is an explanatory investigation at the identification level, it is a qualitative approach under a holistic understanding. During the process, techniques such as the interview, documentary content analysis, a comparison matrix, among others, were applied until completing the fourth explanatory stage. Finally, an affinity was found between socioformation and the IO of North and Pöschl.
