RESUMEN

Teniendo en cuenta los conocimientos adquiridos en el curso Filosofía y Sociología de la Educación como ciencias que fundamentan el problema que se investiga, se elabora  el presente artículo en el cual se abordan algunas cuestiones teóricas generales sobre el proceso de superación del especialista de menores para la prevención del abuso sexual infantil, como un fenómeno social que afecta una parte de la población infantojuvenil, si se comprende que estos especialistas carecen de herramientas pedagógicas para el desarrollo exitoso del proceso preventivo, que en definitiva tiene en su haber un roll educativo. Se parte del problema científico relacionado con las insuficiencias en la actividad profesional de los especialistas en menores, que limitan su desempeño en la prevención temprana y oportuna del maltrato infantil, en tanto de define como objetivo reflexionar desde el punto de vista teórico sobre el proceso de superación del especialista en menores para la prevención del maltrato infantil en particular con énfasis en el abuso sexual infantil.

PHILOSOPHICAL AND SOCIOLOGICAL FOUNDATIONS OF THE PROCESS OF OVERCOMING THE CHILD SPECIALIST IN MINORS FOR THE PREVENTION OF CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE

ABSTRACT

Taking into account the knowledge acquired in the Philosophy and Sociology of Education course as sciences that support the problem under investigation, this article is elaborated in which some general theoretical questions about the process of overcoming the juvenile officer for the prevention of child sexual abuse, as a social phenomenon that affects a part of the child and adolescent population, if it is understood that these officers lack pedagogical tools for the successful development of the preventive process, which ultimately has an educational role to its credit. It starts from the scientific problem related to the insufficiencies in the professional activity of the Juvenile specialist in minors, which limit their performance in the early and timely prevention of sexual abuse of boys, girls and adolescents, as it defines the objective of reflecting from the Theoretical point of view on the process of improvement of the juvenile officer for the prevention of child sexual abuse.
