EDUCAR TEMPRANAMENTE EN LA IGUALDAD CULTURAL DESDE LA MÚSICA

RESUMEN

Teniendo en cuenta el incremento de alumnado inmigrante matriculado en los centros educativos, se propuso como objetivo general del presente trabajo de investigación analizar el potencial educativo de la música en las aulas de infantil para promover la competencia intercultural y la convivencia pacífica. Para ello, se llevó a cabo el análisis de 21 canciones seleccionadas de YouTube, que se adecuan a la etapa de Educación Infantil, y cuyo contenido permite trabajar la competencia intercultural enfatizando valores como la empatía, respeto, inclusión y aceptación de la diversidad cultural. A modo de conclusión, se resalta la importancia de implementar iniciativas que enseñen desde edades tempranas a convivir en el respeto con y hacia el otro ºdiferente.

EDUCATE EARLY IN CULTURAL EQUALITY FROM MUSIC

ABTRACT

Considering the increase in immigrant students enrolled in educational centers, we propose as the general objective of this research work to analyze the educational potential of music in children's classrooms to promote intercultural competence and peaceful coexistence. For this, an analysis of 21 songs selected from YouTube was carried out, which are adapted to the Early Childhood Education stage, and whose content allows working on intercultural competence emphasizing values such as empathy, respect, inclusion, and acceptance of cultural diversity. By way of conclusion, the importance of implementing initiatives that teach from an early age to coexist in respect with and towards the different others is highlighted.
