LA EDUCACIÓN ESPECIAL: MODALIDADES DE ATENCIÓN A LOS ALUMNOS CON NECESIDADES EDUCATIVAS ESPECIALES

Resumen        

La integración de los escolares con necesidades educativas especiales ha constituido un reto para la escuela y el profesorado, dando lugar a toda una revisión de las políticas tanto educativas como sociales.  En Cuba existen las condiciones necesarias para ofrecer la debida atención a los alumnos con Necesidades Educativas Especiales (NEE) mediante la utilización de un sistema coherentemente articulado que favorece la escolarización masiva de cuantos precisan de los servicios de la Educación Especial y la adecuada incorporación a la vida social y laboral como trabajadores activos de la sociedad con igualdad de derechos. Actualmente, en el país, se cuenta con un original modelo de Educación Especial que rebasa los marcos de la escuela especial y se abre a todo el Sistema Nacional de Educación, el cual promueve la integración escolar a partir  de comprender las ventajas que tiene el hecho de que los escolares con necesidades educativas especiales sean educados en el medio menos restrictivo y más desarrollador posible vida socio-laboral activa. Es por ello  la necesidad de valorar el tema: La Educación Especial en Cuba: modalidades de atención a los alumnos con NEE.  La Educación Especial continúa su perfeccionamiento en aras de garantizar la atención educativa integral en todas las instituciones educacionales, que a su vez cuentan con especialistas que se proyectan en favor de la atención a la diversidad.

THE SPECIAL EDUCATION: MODALITIES OF ATTENTION TO THE STUDENTS WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NECESSITIES

Abstract:

The integration of the scholars with special educational necessities has constituted a challenge for the school and the faculty, giving place to an entire revision of the politicians so much educational as social.  In Cuba the necessary conditions exist to offer the due attention to the students with Special Educational Necessities (NEE) by means of the use of a system cohesively articulate that favors the massive escolaricetion they specify from the services of the Special Education and the appropriate incorporation to the social and labor life as active workers of the society with equality of rights of how many. At the moment, in the country, it is had a model original of Special Education that surpasses the marks of the special school and he opens up to the whole National System of Education, which promotes the school integration starting from understanding the advantages that he has the fact that the scholars with special educational necessities are educated in the means less restrictive and more developer possible active partner-labor life. It is for it the necessity to value the topic: The Special Education in Cuba: modalities of attention to the students with NEE. The Special Education continues its improvement for the sake of guaranteeing the integral educational attention in all the educational institutions that in turn count with specialists that are projected in favor from the attention to the diversity.
