EMOTIONAL EDUCATION IN THE FACE OF SCENIC FEAR IN UNIVERSITY

Abstract

The interest of the study is to contribute to the integral development of the Higher Education student, based on topics little explored in the educational field such as negative emotions. For this, the central objective is to analyze the importance of emotional education as a strategy against stage fright in higher education. The research starts from the qualitative approach, with a descriptive scope, where the bibliographic review is used from the documentary observation, as a data analysis technique that has been taken from the contribution of theorists such as Aristotle, Bisquerra and Chomsky; information that has been analyzed from the qualitative tool Atlas Ti. The main results found indicate that the field of emotions is transcendent in human life, so that learning by not being isolated from these suggests that the teacher is interested in providing positive environments in the classroom. In this way, it is concluded that although it is true that cognitive support is a determining factor in the formation of the student, it is not enough for their integral development; Therefore, it is necessary to address the emotional field, understanding that schooling processes are steeped in a web of personal relationships that leave a particular mark on individuals, where emotional education as a strategy makes it possible to overcome emotions through its techniques. negatives such as stage fright, the support of both the family, educational and community environments being relevant.

Keywords: Emotional education, stage fright, higher education students, negative emotions.
