RESUMEN

La presente investigación se desarrolló en el Hotel Las Tunas perteneciente a la Cadena Islazul en la provincia de igual nombre, con el objetivo de diagnosticar el Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad (SGC) en esta entidad, de forma tal que contribuya a determinar las principales deficiencias que impiden la implantación del mismo para facilitar la toma de medidas concretas de acuerdo a los requisitos de la norma ISO 9000:2000. Partiendo de la hipótesis que si se diagnostica el SGC adaptado y contextualizado a las características del Hotel Las Tunas servirá como base para mejorar su Proceso de Gestión de la Calidad. Al aplicarse la metodología se obtuvieron las principales deficiencias y problemas que dificultan la implantación del SGC y se elaboró un plan de acción para dar solución a estas atenuantes, que al emplearse repercutirá satisfactoriamente, así como se logrará implantar un SGC.

Summary

The present investigation was development in the Hotel Las Tunas belonging to the Chain Islazul in the equal county names, with the objective of diagnosing the System of Administration of the Quality (SGC) in this entity, in such way that contributes to determine the main deficiencies that impede the installation of the same one to facilitate the taking of concrete measures according to the requirements of the norm ISO 9000:2000. Leaving of the hypothesis that if it is diagnosed the adapted SGC to the characteristics of the Hotel Las Tunas it will serve like base to improve its Process of Administration of the Quality. When being applied the methodology the main deficiencies and problems they were obtained that they hinder the installation of the SGC and an action plan was elaborated to give solution to these extenuating circumstances that it will rebound satisfactorily when being used, as well as it will be possible to implant a SGC.
