RESUMEN

El presente trabajo tiene como propósito determinar la influencia de la motivación en el desempeño laboral del personal técnico de la empresa INGESA NORTE, para lograr esto se ha recolectado información de acuerdo al tema que se va ha tratar. Sobre esta base teórica se formulo la Operacionalización de variables y posteriormente se elaboró una encuesta aplicada a los trabajadores de dicha empresa. Luego de obtener los daros necesarios y analizarlos, fue posible llegar a las conclusiones del presente

Abstract

The present work has as intention to determine the influence of the motivation in the labor performance of the technical personnel of NORTH company INGESA, to obtain this has collected information according to the subject that goes away has to try. On this theoretical base I am formulated the Operationalisation of variables and later a survey applied to the workers of this company was elaborated. After to obtain the daros necessary and to analyze them, it was possible to reach the conclusions of the present.
