RESUMEN
El trabajo describe la experiencia acerca de la necesidad de realizar estudios organizacionales en una empresa de cultivos varios para la producción ganadera y otras misiones productivas. El seguimiento continuo en la gestión empresarial y el diagnóstico demostró que los estudios organizacionales favorecen la planificación, la gestión la dinámica de las relaciones empresariales y la integración que incluye la logística integrada. Otros resultados de trabajar en las competencias organizacionales se asocian con la elevación de la productividad del trabajo con la eficiencia general de la empresa que se expresa en varios indicadores. Es por ello que se puede hablar de un crecimiento ascendente mensual y al concluir el año. Otro resultado observable y constatable de los métodos de la ciencia es la expresión en la elevación del salario de los trabajadores y la satisfacción por el trabajo en la empresa. Todo ello crea las condiciones para continuar con un trabajo gradual y ascendente en la competitividad, eficiencia y otros renglones.

ABSTRACT
The work describes the experience about the need to carry out organizational studies in Company of various crops for livestock production and other productive missions. Continuous monitoring in business management and diagnosis showed that organizational studies favor planning, managing the dynamics of business relationships and integration that includes integrated logistics. Other results of working on organizational competencies are associated with de elevation of work productivity with the general efficiency of the company, which is expressed in several indicators. That is why we can speak of an upward growth monthly and at the end of the year. Another observable and verifiable result of the methods of science is the expression in the increase of the salary of the workers and the satisfaction for the work in the company. All this creates the conditions to continue with a gradual and ascending work in competitiveness, efficiency and other lines.
