RESUMEN

En este proceso de cambios y transformaciones, los ronderos necesitan estar preparados de acuerdo a las nuevas exigencias pedagógicas y del desarrollo humano.

En este contexto, esta investigación consiste en describir y explicar el proceso formativo, los mecanismos y procedimientos utilizados en la resolución de conflictos y, actividades de desarrollo rural promovidos por las rondas campesinas de Cutervo, en el marco del respeto a los derechos humanos y desarrollo organizacional; acontecimientos que se vienen impartiendo de manera improvisada, sin tener en cuenta los lineamientos de la pedagogía moderna e intereses de los ronderos.

Por ello, con el propósito de revertir esta desvinculación formativa, se ha diseñado un programa de educación en derechos humanos y desarrollo organizacional para las rondas campesinas de Cutervo a fin de mejorar el desempeño ronderil en la resolución de conflictos y el desarrollo rural.

En la recolección de información se utilizó un cuestionario de preguntas, que fueron aplicados a los dirigentes con mayor trayectoria en la organización ronderil de Cutervo.

Esta propuesta busca generar competencias, conocimientos, actitudes y valores en los ronderos a fin de que estos estén en capacidad de resolver en forma eficiente los problemas que se presentan en la comunidad, organización y familia.

ABSTRACT

In this process of changes and transformations, the ‘ronderos’ need to be prepared according to the new pedagogical exigencies and of the human development.

From this context, this investigation consists of describing and explaining the formative process, the mechanisms and procedures used in the resolution of conflicts and, activities of rural development promoted by the farmer rounds of Cutervo, within the framework of the respect to the human rights and organizational development; events that happen in a improvised way, without considering the lineaments of modern pedagogy and the interests of the ‘ronderos’.

For that reason, in order to revert this formative lack of entail, a program of education in human rights and organizational development for the farmer rounds, has been designed in Cutervo, in order to improve the ronderil performance in the resolution of conflicts and the rural development.

In the search of information a questionnaire of questions was used, that were applied to the leaders with greater trajectory in the ronderil organization of Cutervo.

This proposal looks for to generate competitions, knowledge, attitudes and values in the ‘ronderos’ in order that these are in capacity to solve, in efficient form, the problems that appear in the community, organization and family.
