Resumen:

La empresa cubana enfrascada en lograr la eficiencia y eficacia en el uso de los recursos materiales y financieros, requiere de herramientas para enfrentar con logros la inseguridad de un entorno agresivo y turbulento. En el transcurso de estos últimos años se ha trabajado arduamente por eliminar la cadena de impagos que afecta la eficiencia empresarial. Para atender a esta problemática se precisa implementar principios metodológicos para regular el proceso de Gestión del Capital de Trabajo, de forma tal que permita tomar decisiones estratégicas que contribuyan a minimizar el riesgo de insolvencia y maximizar la rentabilidad. Todo lo anterior justifica el objetivo principal de este trabajo, que no es más que notar la importancia que tendría para el sector turístico, diseñar principios metodológicos que contribuyan a la toma de decisiones con vistas a lograr la administración eficiente del circulante, posibilitando la obtención de beneficios y el posterior crecimiento de la instalación hotelera en un ambiente de innovación y competencia.

Summary:

The Cuban company buried in achieving the efficiency and effectiveness in the use of the material and financial resources, requires of tools to face with achievements the insecurity of an aggressive and turbulent environment. In the course of these last years one has worked arduously to eliminate the chain of unpaid that affects the managerial efficiency. To assist to this problem he/she is necessary to implement methodological principles to regulate the process of Administration of the working Capital, in such way that allows to make strategic decisions that contribute to minimize the risk of insolvency and to maximize the profitability. All the above-mentioned justifies the main objective of this work that is not more than to notice the importance that would have for the tourist sector, to design methodological principles that contribute to the taking of decisions with a view to achieving the efficient administration of the circulating one, facilitating the obtaining of benefits and the later growth of the hotel installation in an innovation atmosphere and competition.
