RESUMEN
En la época en la que estamos sumergidos, es imposible no hablar del Internet y las aplicaciones que se encuentran alojadas en la nube. Cada vez observamos por parte de las personas una actividad virtual en creciente, hablar de temas como facebook, gmail, hotmail, google, servicios web, herramientas web, apps, etc.   
Y a partir de este punto es donde se introduce Cloud Computing con arquitectura de Infraestructura como Servicios, Plataforma como Servicios y Software como Servicios y cada arquitectura es alojada dentro de la nube y debe ser aplicada según el caso de estudio. De igual manera el Modelo Cloud puede ser Público, Privado o Hibrido.
Lo descrito anteriormente se encuentra con detalle en el documento presente. Para el caso particular de Cámara de la Pequeña Industria de Tungurahua se centralizo el estudio en la arquitectura Software como Servicios con modelo Hibrido. Se lo formulo de esa manera puesto que la investigación, arrojo resultados que conllevo a diseñar estrategias y herramientas Cloud Computing gratuitas y de bajo costo dirigido a los socios de la CAPIT.
Todo esto se desglosó pensado en las ventajas de planificación, innovación y gestión al adquirir servicios Cloud Computing para elevar la productividad de los Socios de la Cámara de la Pequeña Industria de Tungurahua.

ABSTRACT

TITLE: "Free and low cost cloud computing tools directed to the capit partners"

At the time when we are submerged, it is impossible not to talk about the Internet and the applications that are hosted in the cloud. Every time we observe a growing virtual activity on the part of people, talk about topics such as facebook, gmail, hotmail, google, web services, web tools, apps, etc.
And from this point is where Cloud Computing is introduced with Infrastructure architecture as Services, Platform as Services and Software as Services and each architecture is hosted within the cloud and must be applied according to the case study. In the same way, the Cloud Model can be Public, Private or Hybrid.
The above described is found in detail in the present document. For the particular case of the Small Industry Chamber of Tungurahua, the study was focused on Software Architecture as Services with Hybrid Model. I formulate it in that way since the research, produced results that led to design strategies and free and low-cost Cloud Computing tools aimed at the members of CAPIT.
All this was broken down into the advantages of planning, innovation and management when acquiring Cloud Computing services to increase the productivity of the Members of the Chamber of Small Industry of Tungurahua.
