RESUMEN
Las competencias profesionales representan el conjunto de habilidades, conocimientos y actitudes que garantizan un buen desempeño en los diferentes contextos. Por otro lado las prácticas pre profesionales son el espacio donde los estudiantes ejecutan los aprendizajes obtenido durante su proceso de formación. Ante lo expuesto, el presente trabajo tiene por objetivo analizar las competencias informáticas que se desarrollan durante el proceso de prácticas pre profesionales de las estudiantes de la escuela de Secretariado Ejecutivo. La investigación se desarrolla mediante un diseño cuantitativo apoyado en el método descriptivo. El diseño tiene tres etapas: La primera contempla un análisis documental, para revisar el estado del arte del tema en cuestión. En la segunda se aplica a modo de pre test la ficha de esquemas de saberes digitales, considerando los criterios e indicadores propuestos por la European Computer Driving License (ECDL), al universo de 45 estudiantes de la Carrera de Secretariado Ejecutivo, que desarrollan las PPP en el periodo febrero – junio 2018. La tercera se desarrolla al finalizar las prácticas, donde se aplica nuevamente la ficha de saberes digitales (Pos test), lo que permitirá analizar  si se han desarrollado competencias informáticas durante el proceso y establecer las conclusiones.

ABSTRACT
Professional competences represent the set of skills, knowledge and attitudes that guarantee a good performance in different contexts. On the other hand, pre-professional practices are the space where students execute the learning obtained during their training process. The objective of this paper is to analyze the computer skills developed during the pre-professional internship process of the students of the Executive Secretariat School. The research is developed through a quantitative design supported by the descriptive method. The design has three stages: The first one contemplates a documentary analysis, to review the state of the art of the subject in question. In the second, the digital knowledge schema card is applied as a pre-test, considering the criteria and indicators proposed by the European Computer Driving License (ECDL), to the universe of 45 students of the Executive Secretariat Career who develop PPP in the period February - June 2018. The third one is developed at the end of the internship, where the digital knowledge file (Pos test) will be applied again, which will allow analyzing if computer skills have been developed during the process and establishing the conclusions.
