Dr. Juan Carlos Martínez Coll, director, has been teaching economics at the Law School in the University of Málaga since 1983. Former Fulbright researcher at UCLA and author of several books and papers in scientific journals. He has promoted and conducted several projects on Electronic Commerce in the past years. He is the president of ISOCANDA, the Andalusian chapter of the Internet Society.

Dra. Angeles Martin Reyes, is professor of Business Law at the University of Malaga.

Raul Hernandez Pardo is associate professor of Financial Law at the University of Malaga.

Daniel Pérez Ortega, Ldo. in mathematics, has been working for several years in projects related to Electronic Commerce (ACCFA´95, CEPA) and to Internet in general. He is an expert in Internet security, LANs, programmer in UNIX languages, Web-master and list-master. He has been training SMEs’ staff on how to deal business with the Internet, designing web pages and setting up Internet servers. He is in charge of the group's servers, networks and web-sites.

Sergio Perez Raya, graduated in informatics. Expert programmer in CGI and Java, he is specialised in Internet payment systems.

Jose Plata Zafra, graduated in computer sciences, is expert in security and graphic design.

Antonio Sanchez Castillo, graduated in Law and specialised in Internet legal problems.
