Hla Myint, 1920-

S-a nascut in Bassein, Birmania. A studiat la universitatile din Rangún si Londra. A fost profesor la Universitatile din Londra, Oxford si la London School of Economics. Unul din primii teoreticieni ai dezvoltarii, in special ai impactului comertului international.
