RESUMEN
El proyecto de investigación se enfocó en la realización de un Manual de Procesos Administrativos y Contables para AEBE, donde se establecieron las respectivas funciones y procedimientos a seguir por el personal para el desempeño adecuado de su trabajo. Esto servirá como una herramienta de apoyo a la administración para contar con parámetros y lineamientos que permitan medir la eficiencia laboral y administrativa del talento humano.
ASOCIACIÒN DE EXPORTADORES DE BANANO DEL ECUADOR –AEBE. Es una institución sin fines de lucro que agrupa al sector bananero ecuatoriano. Está constituida desde el 11 de febrero del 1999, mediante el acuerdo ministerial # 999054 expedido por el Ministerio de Comercio Exterior Industrialización y Pesca.
AEBE, nace con la necesidad del mayor sector exportador de banano de unir y formar un gremio al que denominamos ASOCIACIÒN DE EXPORTADORES DE BANANO DEL ECUADOR –AEBE, las empresas fundadoras son Costatrading, Excelban, Exportadora Bananera Noboa S.A., Rey Banano del Pacífico y Unión de Bananeros, siendo designados como Presidente y Director Ejecutivo de la reciente Organización a los señores: Ing. Alfredo Montalvo Laniado y Sergio Seminario Vologdine, respectivamente.
Esta organización está conformada por 51 Socios bananeros pequeños y grandes productores de banano y aportan con una cuota fija mensual, que le asignan mediante el volumen de total de cajas exportadas al año anterior.
Los Socios Adherentes son 20 compañías que aportan con una cuota fija trimestral que se le emiten y se clasifican en compañías navieras, cartoneras e Instituciones Financieras.
Por el momento, AEBE no cuenta con un Manual en el Área Financiero Contable, lo cual he podido identificar la existencia de inconvenientes en el departamento contable consecuentemente esto afecta de forma considerable el rendimiento de los empleados y representante de AEBE.
Posteriormente con fecha 27 de mayo del 2002, mediante Acuerdo #23, expedido por la Subsecretaría Regional del MICIP en el Litoral, se reformaron los estatutos de AEBE, designando la Asamblea General de dicha institución como Presidente al Ing. Alfredo Montalvo Laniado y como Director Ejecutivo al Ing. Jorge Illingworth Guerrero.
Actualmente, la oficina administrativa de la Compañía se encuentra ubicada en la ciudad de Guayaquil en Nahin Isaias Nº22,23 y 24 Av. Luis Orrantia Manzana 703 Edif. Classe piso 3 oficina 302 -303 y 304.
El patrimonio de AEBE está integrado por los bienes y fondos aportados por los socios; estos bienes o fondos en cualquier momento entren a formar parte de ella por donación o cualquier título legítimo.
La materia prima de nuestros socios es el banano, cuya producción es anual en el año.
El documento de investigación se estructuró en los siguientes capítulos:
El capítulo 1 que se refirió al diseño de la investigación que contiene información referente al planteamiento y formulación del problema, los objetivos de investigación (general y específicos)
El capítulo 2 que se conformó con una serie de teorías, definiciones y explicaciones académicas y de expertos sobre el tema que se investigó, esto sirve para una mejor comprensión del tema.
El capítulo 3 detalló la metodología de investigación y técnicas empleadas para determinar el estado de la problemática en AEBE. Además de presentación de la tabulación de resultados del diagnóstico de la situación que se investigó.
El capítulo 4 presentó el contenido del manual de procedimientos administrativos y contables en base al diagnóstico que se determinó previamente con la encuesta.

Abstract
The research project focused on the implementation of a Manual of Administrative and Accounting Processes for AEBE, which established the respective functions and procedures to be followed by the staff for the proper performance of their work. This will serve as a tool to support the administration in order to have parameters and guidelines to measure the labor and administrative efficiency of human talent.
ASSOCIATION OF EXPORTERS OF BANANA OF ECUADOR -AEBE. It is a non-profit institution that groups the Ecuadorian banana sector. It is constituted since February 11, 1999, through ministerial agreement # 999054 issued by the Ministry of Foreign Trade Industrialization and Fisheries.
AEBE, was born with the need of the largest banana export sector to join and form a guild we call the ASSOCIATION OF EXPORTERS OF BANANA OF ECUADOR -AEBE, the founding companies are Costatrading, Excelban, Exportadora Bananera Noboa SA, King Banano del Pacífico and Unión of Bananeros, being appointed as President and Executive Director of the recent Organization to Mr. Ing. Alfredo Montalvo Laniado and Sergio Seminar Vologdine, respectively.
This organization is made up of 51 small banana producers and large banana producers and they contribute with a monthly fixed quota, which they allocate to it through the total volume of boxes exported to the previous year.
The Adherentes Partners are 20 companies that contribute with a fixed quarterly quota that are issued to them and are classified in shipping companies, cartoneras and Financial Institutions.
At the moment, AEBE does not have a Manual in the Financial Accounting Area, which I have been able to identify the existence of inconveniences in the accounting department consequently, this considerably affects the performance of the employees and representative of AEBE. Subsequently, on May 27, 2002, by means of Agreement # 23, issued by the Regional Undersecretariat of the MICIP on the Coast, the statutes of AEBE were reformed and the General Assembly of that institution was designated as President to Ing. AEBE's assets are made up of the assets and funds contributed by the partners; these assets or funds at any time enter to be part of it by donation or any legitimate title.
The raw material of our partners is bananas, whose production is annual in the year.
The research paper was structured in the following chapters:
Chapter 1, which referred to the design of research containing information regarding the formulation and formulation of the problem, the research objectives (general and specific)
Chapter 2 that conformed with a series of theories, definitions and explanations academic and of experts on the subject that was investigated, this serves for a better understanding of the subject.
Chapter 3 detailed the research methodology and techniques used to determine the state of the problem in AEBE. In addition to presenting the tabulation of results of the diagnosis of the situation being investigated.
Chapter 4 presented the contents of the manual of administrative and accounting procedures based on the diagnosis that was previously determined with the survey.
