RESUMO

Este artigo propõe-se realizar uma análise comparativa dos websites oficiais das destinações turísticas Brasil e Holanda, enquanto marcas dos reais destinos, objetivando compreender como a presença de indicadores de responsabilidade social presentes em seus sítios se relaciona com uma imagem positiva de marca e, por conseguinte, com o próprio destino. Foram estudadas as relações entre identidade, imagem de marca e responsabilidade social, e os resultados indicam que o portal de destinação turística Brasil tem êxito na apresentação e percepção dos indicadores, ao contrário do portal de destinação turística da Holanda. Discussões e considerações a este respeito são feitas.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND IMAGE OF TOURIST DESTINATIONS: A COMPARATIVE STUDY OF THE WEBSITES OF BRAZIL AND HOLLAND

ABSTRACT

This article proposes to conduct a comparative analysis of official websites of tourist destinations Brazil and the Netherlands, while the actual brands destinations in order to understand how the presence of indicators of social responsibility in their present sites relates to a positive image and brand, therefore, their own destiny. The relationships between identity, brand image and social responsibility were studied, and the results indicate that the portal of tourist destination in Brazil is successful presentation and perception indicators, unlike the tourism destination portal in the Netherlands. Discussions and considerations about this are made.
