Resumen

Este documento se presenta una propuesta metodológica para la planificación de la actividad turística, ya que esto sucede sin criterios ambientales. Hay un paradigma que está diseñado para la actividad turística: la misma "industria" que genera empleo y los ingresos y recauda impuestos, degrada el medio ambiente y es una desarticuladora de la cultura local. Desde estos bienes, culturales, naturales o construidos, son finitos, no renovables y de gran interés para la sociedad, la gestión del turismo debe obedecer las reglas que están más cerca de las que se aplican a cualquier otro recursos finitos y no renovables que la humanidad depende. Por esta razón, si hace esencial que el turismo se ha desarrollado de una manera responsable, equilibrado y democrático. Principios que rigen la sostenibilidad. Un método eficaz y eficiente para esto es la aplicación de certificaciones y normas existen como un medio de conservación del medio ambiente y una condición sine qua non para el desarrollo de la actividad, ya sea el medio ambiente natural o urbano. INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AS A TOOL FOR THE CONSERVATION OF THE ENVIRONMENT FOR THE PRACTICE OF TOURISM:
a methodological proposal.

Abstract

This paper presents a methodological proposal for planning of tourist activity, since this happens without environmental criteria. There is a paradigm that is designed for the tourist activity: the same "industry" that generates employment and income and collects taxes, degrades the environment and is a desarticulator of local culture. Since these goods, cultural, natural or constructed, are finite, non-renewable and of great interest to the society, the tourism management must comply with the rules that are closer than those applied to any other finite resources and non-renewable that humanity depends. For this reason, it is essential that tourism is planned in a responsible, balanced and democratic. Principles governing the sustainability. An effective and efficient method for this is the application of certifications and standards exist as a means of environmental conservation and a sine qua non for the development of activity, be it the natural environment or urban. Therefore, the sustainable tourism can be the means and the method to develop strategies that preserve the natural and cultural resources, in order to minimize the impacts caused by the activity.
