RESUMEN
Este documento pretende dar a conocer la importancia de la cadena agroalimentar de frutas y hortalizas para los prestadores de servicios turísticos en Nicaragua, en vista de que la industria  turística ha venido teniendo un crecimiento acelerado en los últimos años. Conocer cómo se relacionan e interactúan los eslabones de esta cadena, contribuirá a buscar alternativas que vengan a mejorar  la oferta y demanda de estos productos, para brindar un mejor servicio a los turistas nacionales y extranjeros.

SUMMARY

This paper seeks to highlight the importance of the chain agroalimentar fruit and vegetables for the tourist services in Nicaragua, given that the tourism industry has been experiencing rapid growth in recent years. Knowing how they relate and interact this chain will help to find alternatives that can improve the supply and demand for these products, to provide better service to domestic and foreign tourists.
