En este artículo se muestra un análisis de los actores del desarrollo local que permite mejorar el proceso de toma decisiones e impacto del Instituto de Estudios Superiores Isidoro da Graça en San Vicente. La investigación se desarrolla a partir de un procedimiento estructurado en dos etapas que muestran elementos teóricos y prácticos.

ABSTRACT

In this article an analysis of the actors of the local development is shown that allows improving the process of taking decisions and impact of the Institute of Superior Studies Isidoro da Graça in San Vicente. The investigation is developed starting from a procedure structured in two stages that show theoretical and practical elements.
