El presente trabajo está relacionado con las características de la psicología de la personalidad de los estudiantes de preuniversitario que posibilitan el desarrollo de la educación ambiental en esta enseñanza. Se hace referencia además a que en esta etapa se alcanza una mayor estabilidad de los motivos, intereses, donde estos últimos y los puntos de vista empiezan a determinar la conducta y la actividad del joven en el medio social. Se analiza el fin del preuniversitario destacando los objetivos formativos y las funciones, donde se prevé como una de sus dimensiones la ambientalista, por lo que es importante estimular el aprendizaje de conocimientos prácticos para la solución de problemas y la sensibilidad al vínculo entre el medio ambiente y el desarrollo, lo cual será efectivo cuando los sujetos manifiesten conductas, sentimientos y actitudes correctas en relación con el medio ambiente.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PSICOLOGY OF THE PERSONALITY THAT MAKE POSSIBLE THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION IN THE SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL

Sumary.

The following work is related to the characteristics of the psicology of the personality of Senior High School students,that make possible the development of the environmental education at this level. Here it is also reffered that in this level a higher stability of motives and interests is fullfiled,where interest and points of view began to determine the behaviour and the activity of the adolescent within the society. It also analized the aim of Senior High School emphasizing the formative objectives and the functions,where is viewed as one of its dimensions the environmental one, that is why is very important to stimulate the learving of practical knowledges to solve problems and the sensibility to the link of enviroment and development it will be effective when the subjects express adecuates behawours, fellings and actitudes towards environment.
