RESUMEN

La cultura organizacional es uno de los pilares fundamentales para apoyar a todas aquellas organizaciones que quieren hacerse competitivas. Por ello, el punto central alrededor del cual gira el presente trabajo, es el estudio de la cultura organizacional de la empresa Pacesa.

La parte aplicativa de la investigación, se centra en la realización de una encuesta y su aplicación, así como la discusión de sus resultados. Para luego dar pasa a las conclusiones y recomendaciones del tema y la bibliografía. Por último se pondrá en el anexo el modelo de la encuesta.

ABSTRACT

The culture organizational is one of the fundamental props to support all those organizations that want to become competitive. For it, the central point about which turns the present work, is the study of the culture organizational of the company Pacesa.

Besides the study of the culture organizational, that is to say the procedure, the values, the policies and the aims; of the company mentioned previously, I elaborate an exposition of the investigation; that consists of the following points: precedents of the investigation, problematic situation, the problem of the investigation, and the aims. On the other hand the methodology of the investigation it is the following one: type of investigation, compilation of information, and the operacionalización of variables. After the exposition of the investigation and the methodology of this one itself, one finds the theoretical aspect of the topic to investigate "culture organizational"

The part applicative of the investigation it she centres on the accomplishment of a survey and his your application, as well as the discussion of his your results. Then to give it she goes on to the conclusions and recommendations of the topic and the bibliography. Finally the model of the survey will put in the annexe.
