RESUMEN

Las empresas a nivel mundial constituyen la mayor parte de los ingresos económicos de un país, puesto que cumplen un rol muy importante en la sociedad.

Para que una empresa aumente su productividad es muy importante tener encuenta el clima organizacional por que permiten identificar, categorizar y analizar las percepciones que los integrantes de una institución estas percepciones dependen de buena medida de las actividades, interacciones y otra serie de experiencias que cada miembro tenga con la empresa.

Esta investigación tiene como objetivo Determinar cual es el Clima Organizacional en la Piladora Molinor S.A.C, donde los resultados son favorables para la empresa por que cuentan con un buen clima organizacional que percibe su organización, es aquí donde la empresa hace 1 año esta teniendo encuenta el clima en la organización, por que beneficia a todos.
