MIGRACIÓN Y DISTRIBUCIÓN DE LA POBLACIÓN

SUMARIO:
El presente trabajo trata respecto al cambio de patrones observados en la migración y en la distribución territorial de la población en México, ante la reestructuración económica y reformas institucionales de corte postfordista, y como parte de un proceso de integración económica del capitalismo periférico al central, su impacto diferenciado en las regiones y en el crecimiento urbano del país. Es en sí una actualización de la tesis doctoral del autor que en su estudio inicial comprendió de 1950 a 2000. Aporta los últimos hallazgos en la materia.
El fenómeno migratorio, fenómeno comúnmente visto desde el punto de vista de lo social, debe por otro lado ser visto como efecto de un problema económico de México. El excesivo endeudamiento externo de la nación y el bajo nivel de ingreso se combinan para crear de manera consistente, por décadas ya, una pobre generación de empleo, tan insuficiente que es el principal causal de que ahora vivan más de 15 millones de mexicanos en la Unión Americana, 1 por cada 7 mexicanos se encuentran fuera del país.
Este trabajo trata el aspecto del problema migratorio de trabajadores indocumentados en la Unión Americana y la búsqueda del reconocimiento de sus derechos humanos, como la regularización de su estado migratorio en el territorio estadounidense. No se olvide que los mexicanos ahora encabezan un movimiento social como primera minoría que también comparten el resto de latinoamericanos y otras personas de nacionalidades distintas que ahora viven en norte América en calidad indocumentada.
ABSTRAC:
The present work treats with respect to the change of observed patterns in the migration and the territorial distribution of the population in Mexico, before the economic reconstruction and institutional reforms of postfordista cut, and like part of a process of economic integration of peripheral Capitalism to the power station, its impact differentiated in the regions and the urban growth of the country. It is in himself an update of the doctoral thesis of the author who in his initial study understood from 1950 to 2000. It contributes the last findings in the matter.
The migratory phenomenon, phenomenon commonly seen from the point of view of the social thing, must on the other hand be seen like effect of an economic problem of Mexico. The excessive external indebtedness of the nation and the low level of entrance are combined to create of consistent way, for decades already, a poor generation of use, so insufficient that he is main causal on which now they live the more than 15 million of Mexican in the American Union, 1 by each 7 Mexicans are outside the country.
This work deals with the aspect the migratory problem of undocumented workers in the American Union and the search of the recognition of its human rights, like the regularización of its migratory state in the American territory. One does not forget that the Mexicans now head a social movement like first minority which also they share the rest of Latin American and other people of different nationalities that now live in North America in undocumented quality.
